Accredited Visitor Program

One of the most powerful things you can do as a heart patient is to become an Accredited Visitor with Mended Hearts, Inc. and visit with us at local hospitals to support current heart patients.     Watch this video and learn more about the program at Mended Hearts, Inc.

Accredited Visitors are trained in empathy, active listening, diversity sensitivity, our “Rules of Conduct” (such as NO medical advice, NO comparing, BE positive, etc.), and privacy and confidentiality. 

Mended Hearts of Boise  Accredited Visitors have completed the Mended Hearts Inc® training and visit in area hospitals, cardiac rehab locations, and help respond via phone to requests for information on the MHI hot line.

Current Visitation Schedule

 

The schedules here are not "etched in stone", and visitors are always welcome to adjust as needed. This "schedule" should provide a general overview of our hospital visibility and prevent duplication should an unscheduled visitor desire to "pop in"
